Welcome to Healthy Baby and Me online! Healthy Baby and Me provides
mothers-to-be with important pregnancy-related healthcare information, ensuring
you have everything you need to make healthy choices for your baby.
Incentive (In Network Only)
Expectant mothers who enroll in the program within the first 16 weeks of
pregnancy and complete the outcomes assessment within 30 days of delivery may
qualify for an incentive. CALL TO LEARN MORE.
Call Maternity Nurses Any Time
Once registered with Healthy Baby and Me, you can begin to take advantage of
BabyLine. The nurse line enables you to speak with a maternity nurse concerning
any questions you may have 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-877-971-BABY
(2229).
Meeting Your Needs
As part of the Healthy Baby and Me program, you will be asked to complete three
maternity assessments at various times during your pregnancy. The answers you
provide will help determine which educational resources best meet your needs.
If you have a high risk condition, you will receive a follow-up call from a
maternity nurse, who will work with your doctor to make sure you get the
support you need.
A Newsletter Just For You
By providing an e-mail address, you can also receive an
online maternity newsletter. The newsletter will be emailed to you
every two weeks, beginning at week 13 of your pregnancy. The newsletter
provides you with additional information about your pregnancy, helpful tips for
dads, and other healthcare articles.
Getting Started
Getting started is simple. By calling 1-877-971-BABY (2229) and
completing your initial assessment, you will receive a letter with your User ID
and Password in the mail. You can then use this web site to view your
assessment results and educational materials which have been selected just for
you! Just go to the Assessment
Center and enter your ID and password.
