This program has been created especially for our pregnant members.
The goal is to help you better understand and manage your pregnancy, and to
provide education throughout your pregnancy. Using the information you provide
on our maternity questionnaires, we will provide you with important
pregnancy-related educational materials. You and your health care provider will
receive a report each time you complete an assessment.
Program participants will receive the following:
Initial and follow up questionnaires
to assess your pregnancy.
Educational materials which are selected specifically for you based on your
responses to our questionnaires. You may also request information on other
pregnancy topics.
Toll-free access to an OB nurse available to answer any questions you may have;
24 hours a day, seven days a week.
This is a patient education program. If you have urgent information
or concerns regarding your pregnancy, please contact your health care provider.
On this site, a copy of your participant rights is available.
Please take a moment to review them. You have the right to voice a complaint or
other feedback related to the program. All of our staff is trained to accept
your information any time. We strive to protect your rights.
